When we get to that point in development, when the feasibility study has been studied, when the schematic and design development phases are designed, and when the construction documents are ready for construction…..it’s always a fun, interesting and amazing experience to stomp around the area that you only envisioned on paper prior. Off we go, another site walk to check for drains, outlets and to make sure there is enough space for everyone to have a fantastic spa experience. This is when you really appreciate the talents of the architectural team, interior designers and engineers! Wow!
