Curry Spa Consulting Inc was launched in 2011 by Lynn Curry CMC, ISHC, who earned her Certified Management Consultant™ certification from the Institute of Management Consultants (CMC®) in 2010 and acceptance into the International Society of Hospitality Consultants in 2018.
CSC provides services to architects, owners, asset managers, operators, interior designers, landscape architects, pool designers, spa operators, and managers. CSC works with these clients to develop or renovate spas, wellness facilities, fitness membership clubs, and recreational facilities to enhance properties' wellness programming and ROI. CSC provides clients with oversight and guidance acquired over decades of diversified experience.
Curry Spa Consulting Inc. provides feasibility studies, programming, market studies, business assessments, design development, creative concept planning, and pre-opening, retail, and staffing consulting services in the high end and luxury hospitality sectors. CSC's property portfolio includes boutique properties, hotels, resorts, membership clubs, golf clubs, private clubs, fitness centers, mixed use developments, and luxury residences. Lynn Curry, CMC, ISHC, has been a Spa Consultant since 1997. Since then, she has provided financial feasibility, design development, creative direction, and pre-opening consulting services to a range of properties globally. These properties include upscale and luxury resorts, casinos, hotels, residential community spas, and wellbeing hospitality properties. She launched Curry Spa Consulting, a certified Women’s Owned Business Enterprise, in 2011. It quickly became a global spa consulting firm with clients in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She was named American Spa Magazine’s Favorite Spa Consultant for the 2018 Professional Choice Awards and was a runner up for the industry’s Women In Wellness Spa Consultant of the Year. She is a proud member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (the leading source for global hospitality expertise) and a Certified Management Consultant™ (CMC®) with the Institute of Management Consultants (an ISO/IEC 17024 Certifying Body).
Career projects in Lynn’s portfolio include properties featured on the "best of" lists in Travel & Leisure, New York Times, and other industry publications. Lynn has also consulted for numerous private luxury club, boutique, and casino spas.
Lynn began her career as the Manager of Tourism Development for the Anaheim Visitor and Convention Bureau, where she provided destination sales services. From there, Lynn became a Group Sales Manager at Hyatt Resorts Hawaii. Next she moved to the Grand Wailea Resort, where she opened the renowned resort on both Hotel Sales and Spa Management teams. She assisted in opening multiple Hyatt Resort properties and then became the Spa Director at the Hyatt Regency in Fort Lauderdale.
Lynn has served numerous organizations in her career, presently as a member of the Spa Consulting Task Force of the Global Wellness Institute, an advisory board member of Questex Wellness Advisory Board and an educator with Gerson Lerman Councils. Her past includes board positions at Green Spa Network, Glen Ivy Hot Springs, advisor at BLLA Task Force, and an active public speaker, panelist, and educator.
Based in her hometown of Sonoma Valley, Lynn has served on a local public school board and multiple school fundraising committees. From a family of outdoor enthusiasts, she is an avid hiker and paddles competitively with the He’e Nalu Outrigger Canoe Club in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she is also a board member.

Over the past 20 years, Jessica Schorr has risen through the ranks as a leader in luxury spa operations, sales, marketing, and hospitality.
Jessica's experience in operations for some of the California wine country's premier spas makes her an invaluable consultant on global projects for Curry Spa Consulting, Inc. She has consulted on spa developments for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Resorts, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, and a number of independent boutique, casino, and resort properties. Jessica acquired her extensive skill set and knowledge of the hospitality and spa industry by working her way up in the industry, ultimately becoming the Assistant Spa Director at one of the largest and most acclaimed spa facilities in the U.S., the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa. As Assistant Spa Director, Jessica managed over 200 colleagues and 200+ treatments per day in the spa's 44,000 square foot facility. During her tenure at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa, Jessica was an integral member of the spa renovation team. At the Fairmont, she served as a mentor to other spa professionals and team members, developing leadership, sales, and marketing programs and procedures that remain in effect to this day.
From Spa Director at Villagio Inn and Spa to Spa Manager at the Kenwood Inn and Spa, Jessica has overseen both large and boutique resort spas. She, has a comprehensive understanding of how to cater to a variety of guests and spa profiles. Jessica was also co-owner and CFO of Spa Camp, an innovative on-site spa experience providing spa-inspired team building activities with participants ranging from large tech companies to intimate bridal parties. Today, her consulting clients benefit from her tremendous operational success and insight.
Jessica oversees operations for CSC clients and helps them attain their project goals of operational excellence and positive ROI. She has a following of repeat consulting clients, and also contributes to CSC's design, treatment menu development, recruitment, and pre-and post-opening functions. Jessica currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Northern California Spa Director's Association. She also contributed to the development of the industry's Covid-19 protocols, which have been shared and utilized by many industry organizations. Jessica is based in the city of Sonoma in California's wine country.
